🧠 Project: Goals of Care: Addressing Disparities and Variation for Alzheimer’s Disease Nursing Home Care at End of Life (GOC ADVANCE)

This research aims to understand and improve end-of-life care for people living with advanced Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias (ADRD) by addressing key disparities and variations in how goals of care are communicated and implemented in nursing homes.
